What Is Involved In an As-Built Survey?
A technician will schedule a site survey for the property. Measurements will be taken of all walls, doors, windows, etc. to create the architectural floor plans of the existing building.

Anyone can request these services! We have experience working with design firms who need an architectural plan to begin their design and property owners who need plans of their buildings for renovations. Whether residential or commercial, we are here to help!
How Long Does the Completed Product Take?
The turnaround time is usually 1-4 weeks, depending on the size of the project. This information will always be included in your quote.
What Other Drafting Services Do You Provide?
We are happy to provide additional drafting services for architectural and MEP plans. We provide a quick turn around for PDF-to-DWG conversions.
